Designed to fit select True refrigeration equipment, this cutting board is 1/2" thick to provide a sturdy cutting surface, and it measures 11 3/4" deep so that you have plenty of room to slice ingredients and stage production of your most popular foods. True cutting boards are lightly textured to help food stay steady while cutting. Plus, all corners are eased! Made of a durable, eco-friendly resin composite material, this cutting board is harder and more resistant to knife marks than a standard poly cutting board. For convenience, this board comes with installation holes pre-drilled.
