Over time, the cutting board on your prep refrigerator will wear down from constant beating, pounding, and knife damage, and when that time comes, this True 810294 equivalent cutting board will serve as the perfect replacement! Designed to fit select True Refrigeration prep refrigerators, this cutting board is 1/2" thick to provide a sturdy cutting surface, and it does not come with holes pre-drilled. You will have to drill the holes to mount the board to your table, but this also ensures the best fit possible since you can account for any minor variations in the hole location for your particular unit.
