Keep poultry and fillets of fish fresh and delicious with the Traulsen Specification Line RFS126N-1 19.3 cu. ft. single section reach-in fish / poultry drawer! This 4-drawer file lets you keep fish and poultry on ice to preserve taste and texture, minimize dehydration, and limit bacteria growth, ensuring your signature dishes will always taste their best.

Each of this file's eight self-closing drawers comes with a 16" x 18 7/8" x 6 1/2" plastic pan and perforated insert. As the ice melts, it moves through the insert to the pan's drain port, where a series of tracks funnels it to a drain located in the cabinet's pitched floor. Thanks to a solar digital thermometer, you can easily monitor the drawer temperature. The normal operating temperature should be approximately 36 degrees Fahrenheit to help prevent the ice from melting too quickly.

A 1/3 hp top mounted compressor, environmentally friendly R-450A refrigerant, and high-density, foamed-in-place insulation contribute to outstanding temperature retention. For proper removal of water runoff, it requires connection to a floor drain. This unit also requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
