Allow your patrons to customize their own delicious dishes with this Town MBR-84C natural gas 84" flat top Mongolian barbeque range with scrap chute! Mongolian barbeque ranges are often paired with a buffet-style offering of noodles, meats, vegetables, sauces, and more that customers can use to create their own dish before handing it to the cook at the barbeque range. An added feature of this 84" model is the included scrap chute. This 13" diameter hole in the center of the cooktop leads into a feed tube where scraps are collected and can be easily accessed through two doors in the lower body and then removed.

This unit features 14 burners with individual gas valves for optimal heat control and reduced gas consumption during downtime. Multiple burners allow more than one meal to be cooked at a time, creating rapid recovery times. The 1" thick polished steel cooktop includes cast iron heat conductors and shields. The double wall body is constructed of a 10 gauge mild steel interior with an 18 gauge stainless steel exterior. For enhanced heat containment, this model has 2" rigid fiberglass insulation. Reaching up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, this model is sure to adequately heat your items. The flanged feet help keep the unit stable.

Designed with safety in mind, the pilot flame failure shuts off gas flow if the pilot light goes out. The gas manifold construction maintains cooler safety valve temperatures for increased reliability. The included scrap chute helps prevent sauce and food scrap from entering the unit. Plus, scraps can be easily collected in a wheeled bin within the body of the unit. A pressure regulator is included for your convenience. This unit requires 574,000 BTU of natural gas for operation.
