Torani Salted Caramel Martini
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Irish cream liqueur
.5 oz. Torani salted caramel syrup
2 oz. half & half
Pour a small amount of Torani salted chocolate caramel sauce in a shallow plate. Cover the bottom of a second shallow plate with a mix of 1 part sea salt & 1 part turbinado sugar. Rim a martini glass by dipping end of the glass into Torani sauce & then rolling it in sugar/sea salt combo. Drizzle the inside with Torani sauce. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a skewer of salted caramel candy.

Love this syrup! Originally purchased just to add to coffee but discovering that it's a great flavor booster in so much more. My latest experiments start with adding it to plain yogurt. You can stop there or...then add tumeric and ginger, or powdered chocolate and almonds, or mix in some instant coffee, or coffee and chocolate. I'm sure there are many other yummy combinations I haven't thought of yet. Looking forward to finding out what they are!
