Torani Chai Tea Spice Flavoring Syrup 750 mL Plastic Bottle - 4/Case

This Chai does have a spice flavor. It is good if you like the spice of it. We put 4 pumps of the syrup in a cup and fill with steamed milk to make a Chai Tea Latte.

Most dominant flavor is cardamom, with some cinnamon and clove to round it out. More cardamom forward than most steeped tea blends you’d use for chai, but the syrup has the right spice notes, although flavor profile isn’t quite what I’d describe as a common chai blend.

Very good, but not very strong. Not usable by itself, only as an add on to an already existing chai. Adds a little sweetness. Going to try other brands, this uses a lot very quickly.

Used it in my morning latte. Nice Chai flavor, but a little goes a long way. Too much and it becomes overly sweet. I would not recommend using more than a tablespoon at a time.

Chai tea Torani has an authentic, original chai taste to it when added to drinks and pastry mixes. Its very easy to use, comes in a modern style bottle with a re-sealable cap.

I had tried a different brand, which I loved, but this was so much cheaper I figured I would give it a chance. I did a head-to-head comparison, and even tried to do a blind test, but the two were so different, it was easy to tell them apart. Both tasted good, but it took 50% more Torani to get the same amount of flavor as the other. Since it costs half as much, that is not too bad, if you don't mind the extra calories. The Torani was both sweeter AND had more of a peppery aftertaste. I liked the spice, but would rather have had less sugar. All-in-all, it came out even. I'll buy this when I am here, and buy the other when I am there. I use it for hot tea with cream, in cold milk, in bread pudding, and even in orange juice. It adds a little spice to lots of things.

I love Monin for a lot of our syrups - but I do love Torani as well. Especially that most their bottles are plastic so shipping is never an issue with breakages. The Chai is a great balance of spices and it mixes well into frostings and cake mixes! Would highly highly recommend- it is a perfect spice!

This chai flavor is not as authentic as the types that come in a carton but the shelf life is a plus and the flavor is decent.

This flavored syrup is excellent for adding the spice Thai flavor to latte coffees and hot tea our customers have really enjoyed having this option.

While I am mostly happy with flavors I have purchased, this would be the only one that had slightly dissapointed me. The flavor is nice however when used with anything heavy it tends to get lost. Keep it with sometime simple and it's great, put try to pair it with a heavier flavor and it doesn't work well.

the taste of this Torani Chai Tea Spice Flavoring Syrup is very over powering in my coffee however, it's fairly decent when added to a hot tea.

I am using this for coffee flavoring at my wedding. It hs a nice consistency and very good flavoring. It mixes well and adds a pop.

This has made chai tea so easy in our restaurant. Hot water from the coffee maker, tea bag, chai syrup and microwave for 30 seconds. Top with frothed milk and cinnamon and your on your way

This is a very strong chai tea spice flavor. It is good but you need to use it sparingly otherwise it can be too overpowering.
