Suggested Recipe: Peach Daisy
Single Serving
1.5 oz. Whiskey
0.25 oz. Amaro liqueur
1 oz. Top Hat daisy and margarita concentrate
0.5 oz. Peach puree
0.25 oz. Fresh lemon juice
5 oz. Seltzer water
Mix all ingredients in a glass with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and serve!

5 Gallon Batch
5 Liters whiskey
750 mL Amaro liqueur
3 Liters Top Hat daisy and margarita concentrate
48 oz. Peach puree
32 oz. Fresh lemon juice
7 Liters water (to be carbonated)

Combine ingredients directly in a 5 gallon keg to create a bulk supply of cocktails. Carbonate water using a charging stone carbonating lid or a commercial force carbonator (see resources and downloads for detailed carbonating instructions). Garnish individual cocktails with fresh mint!
