Single Serving
1.5 oz. Vodka
1.25 oz. Top Hat sugar-free spicy ginger beer concentrate
1 Squeeze fresh lime juice
5 oz. Seltzer water

Gently mix all ingredients in a copper mug. Garnish with a fresh lime slice and serve!

5 Liters vodka
3 Bottles Top Hat sugar-free spicy ginger beer concentrate
12 oz. Fresh lime juice
11 Liters water (to be carbonated)

Combine ingredients directly in a 5 gallon keg to create a bulk supply of cocktails. Carbonate water using a charging stone carbonating lid or a commercial force carbonator (see resources and downloads for detailed carbonating instructions). Garnish individual cocktails with a fresh lime slice!
