We love these bowls! They are lightweight and durable, and hold up to a beating. We love to use them for salad bar toppings, and even the red beet juice washes off. Melamine often discolors, but we haven't had any issues with these ones.

This is a nice product for soups and sides. Quality is great-- no issues with breaking and we know our dishwashing team isn't gentle with them. We'll be adding this to our spec'd plateware options.
