I ordered a dozen of these to use as molds when I plate my rice onto a plate. They are a little narrower down into the bowl, not a complete half sphere, but work well for me.
Need to provide a small soup, this is perfect for keeping cost down on portioning and keeping the customer happy with it's elegant design. Has a matching spoon, you can't get much classy then that.
