These mugs cracked quickly. We thought it was from the heat of the espresso machine and we took them off but they still cracked. We assumed it was from the heat of our dishwasher but we wrote them off and got rid of the ones that weren't cracked. They looked and felt cheap as well. When I ordered I thought they were ceramic because I didn't read correctly.

In a high traffic bistro melamine is really handy. I've accidentally dropped these and they have yet to crack or break. We use these for soup cups and the clean easy. Defiantly recommend for any high traffic restaurants.
