This oven is crafted with authentic Indian clay for complete and even heat distribution. The 17" wide cavity opening is versatile and ideal for a variety of dishes. It is great for cooking tandoori chicken, lamb chops, naan, and roasted vegetables.

This tandoor oven sports a sleek stainless steel casing that is durable and made to last, making it perfect for use in a commercial kitchen or catering application. It utilizes a 23 tip jet burner, and produces an impressive 100,000 BTU. This 24" wide oven has four casters for increased mobility and versatility. For easy startup and added value, this oven includes an accessory kit, complete with ten stainless steel skewers, two naan bread rods, and two gaddi. The gaddi allows bread to be safely placed inside the hot oven. It is also equipped with a stainless steel lid and a metal plate for efficient heat retention.
