It is great for cooking tandoori chicken, lamb chops, naan, and roasted vegetables.

This clay oven sports a sleek stainless steel casing that is durable and made to last, making it perfect for use in a commercial kitchen. It utilizes double burners, which are controlled separately, and produce an impressive 100,000 BTU, with a temperature range of 750-930 degrees Fahrenheit. This 32" wide oven has four casters for increased mobility and versatility. It operates on natural gas. For easy startup and added value, this oven includes an accessory kit, complete with ten stainless steel skewers, two naan bread rods, and two gaddi. The gaddi allows bread to be safely placed inside the hot oven. It is also equipped with a stainless steel lid and a metal plate for efficient heat retention.

Very disappointed with this tandoor oven. On the very first day of use, the top inner wall developed cracks even though we carefully followed all the recommended curing and seasoning instructions provided by the manufacturer. The oven also struggles to maintain enough heat for proper cooking, which affects consistency and performance during service. Expected much better quality and durability for the price. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Product is good but service is really bad it was suppose to delivery 2 weeks early and got delayed , and they reschedule the delivery and we restaurant charged me again but when I spoke to delivery team they told they do free delivery if the first one is missed because they thought it’s different building . And customer service is rude
