First product ever bought from Webstaurant that I absolutely cannot recommend. For a high volume breakfast establishment this product simply doesnt get the job done. Im an not sure if possibly I received a defective product but the top does not screw on all the way and easily can get turned all the way around. I used to have glass and wanted to switch because of breakage but this product is a worse alternative. I had a customer spill the entire bottle of syrup in their laps today because the top came off. And yes the washers are being used. Cannot recommend.

This is not a product I would ever purchase again. They are almost completely worthless. The syrup don't flow out. They leak and make a huge mess. Cheap, worthless product for a busy cafe serving loads of breakfast items requiring syrup. Highly disappointed

Use to have glass one and they chip and break. These are durable. We hand wash them to prevent scratches and they still looks good as new. Have then over 3 months.
