People Talk About:cream ice Easy great spade handle works handles scoops spades
This Tablecraft ice-cream spade is built to last. Unless you accidentally leave it in a baking oven or drop it from a 50-ft building, the plastic handle looks like it can take a lifetime of daily ice-cream-scooping use. The blade is about 2mm thick and will not bend to the hardest/coldest ice-cream. Keep in mind that the size of the blade is large (~2.75") and probably designed to dig into bigger tubs, not made to scoop into anything small.
Works great, the plastic handles tend to crack over time, so you have to be careful when they crack and replace them otherwise you might end up with pieces of plastic in the ice cream. I wish they had a version that is made of the same material, but with a metal handle.Thank you for the review! We’re sorry this is not working for what you need it for. We suggest trying this Vollrath 47270 10 1/8" Aluminum Ice Cream Spade with Extended Handle instead.
Works great! I haven't used it in an industrial application, but it makes scooping a couple bowls of ice cream straight out of the freezer an easy task.
Terrible quality. After 2 weeks, the ice cream spade handle broke, rendering it useless. I suggest spending a little more for a better quality ice cream spade.Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry your Tablecraft 1851 9 1/4 inch Stainless Steel Ice Cream Spade was defective. Corrective action has been taken and a Customer Solutions Representative will remain in contact with you about this.
This spade is really the best ice cream tool I have ever owned. It works well, is stainless steel, has an insulated handle, and, best of all, is durable and dishwasher safe ( unlike most scoops and spades.) For an added bonus, it is also quite affordable.
Good spatula for scraping ice cream or icing. Very easy to clean and light weight. Easy to storage and very durable material. Great price too
The Tablecraft 9 1/4" really does remove the excess ice cream off the container! The Tablecraft 9 1/4" Stainless Steel Ice Cream Spade is perfect for removing the excess ice cream out of the bottom of the ice cream carton. It is study and very easy to clean.
This ice cream utensil is perfect. It is better than a regular scoop. Its between a so are and scoop. It is great for some with arthritis to allow them to get their own ice cream without suffering pain.
