I own a bagel shop and have wanted to provide a plant based cream cheese to my customers. In my search, I tried many of the well-known brands, only to find them gritty or artificial tasting. Plant based products have a higher cost, and I couldn't bear the thought of charging more money for a subpar product. That is until I stumbled upon Stockeld cream cheese at an event in New York City. I was offered a sample and took it to be polite, expecting to be disappointed yet again. I couldn't have been more wrong. What struck me first was the taste.
