Stiebel Eltron 231045 Mini 2 Point-of-Use Tankless Electric Water Heater - 1.8 kW, 0.21 GPM

This is the smallest point-of-use tankless water heater and I use it for the hand washing station of my food trailer. I might buy a larger one for customer use in a larger restaurant since the output of this is just enough for kitchen staff only, to wash up before food handling. The thing I like about this .21 GPM unit the most and the reason I purchased it is due to the low 16 amp power dray that doesn't overload my circuit board and pop fuses in my small limited mobile kitchen. This is perfect for a cook who knows it's limitations as a hand washing station only tankless water heater. The next size up has a 21 amp draw and I would recommend that one for those who have a larger generator than the 4000w Onan that I have or if you just need a higher water volume for public use etc.

Works as advertised. It is a tankless heater, so it will take 10 seconds or so for the water to come up to temperature. Make sure you have a connector hose for the heater and sink. This doesn't come with one.
