Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over tea bag, and steep for about 4 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat water and brew 2 Steep by Bigelow organic pure green tea bags. Pour 12 fl. oz. of the tea into a mixing bowl and add a few drops of green food coloring. Slowly add the box of cake mix, slowly mixing together (do not add anything else such as eggs or oil to the cake mix powder). Place the batter in cupcake liners. Bake for 20 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool and decorate.

Tea is weaker than I expected. It does taste good but very weak. I tried adding less water but it still doesn't taste too strong. For a larger sized drink, I have to use 2 tea bags to bring out the flavor.

Originally went with this brand for our cafe because there was such a great variety of flavors and they all were affordable. We'll be changing brands because the price has DOUBLED per box with no notice or reason. Every time we get a shipment, the boxes are crushed, taped together or covered with labels. This tea is no longer worth the cost.

Delicious earl grey tea! Very popular in a london fog tea latte or served hot on it's own. I like to add vanilla or lavender syrup for some added sweetness. Convenient packaging for single use. Will be repurchasing!
