Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over tea bag, and steep for about 4 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

3 fl. oz. milk

2 tbsp. tapioca bubbles

Fill a serving glass with ice. Pour Monin black sugar syrup, milk, Steep by Bigelow organic English breakfast tea, and tapioca bubbles into a serving glass (in that order). Top with whipped cream and serve!
