Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over the tea bag, and steep for about 4 minutes. Remove the tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

1 fl. oz. Monin black sugar syrup
3 fl. oz. milk
3 fl. oz. Steep by Bigelow organic chai black tea
2 tbsp. tapioca bubbles
Whipped cream for garnish
Fill a serving glass with ice. Pour Monin black sugar syrup, milk, Steep by Bigelow organic chai black tea, and tapioca bubbles into a serving glass (in that order). Top with whipped cream and serve!

Tea is weaker than I expected. It does taste good but very weak. I tried adding less water but it still doesn't taste too strong. For a larger sized drink, I have to use 2 tea bags to bring out the flavor.

Originally went with this brand for our cafe because there was such a great variety of flavors and they all were affordable. We'll be changing brands because the price has DOUBLED per box with no notice or reason. Every time we get a shipment, the boxes are crushed, taped together or covered with labels. This tea is no longer worth the cost.

Delicious earl grey tea! Very popular in a london fog tea latte or served hot on it's own. I like to add vanilla or lavender syrup for some added sweetness. Convenient packaging for single use. Will be repurchasing!
