This coffee is grown on the Anserma Co-Op, which has focused on growing quality coffee and improving quality of life for coffee producers in the Caldas region. Anserma coffee is naturally processed with the cherry intact to add dimension and fruity notes to the flavor profile. After processing, Steady State roasts the green coffee beans to a light roast level to promote sweetness and complexity in the cup. The final result is a balanced coffee with grape, hibiscus, bubble gum, and jammy tasting notes. Anserma is a real crowd-pleaser that's popular for its fruity complexity and all-around balance.

This coffee's whole bean format allows for flexible preparation options to suit the needs of your establishment.
