Sourced exclusively from the Boquete region of Panama, Agricola is comprised of Geisha, Pacas, and Catuai coffee varietals that are grown between 1,600-1,900 meters above sea level. This coffee is grown on the family-owned Agricola Geisha farm, which began as a retired couple's passion project and quickly blossomed into an award-winning farm recognized for its uncompromised representation of the terroir. Agricola is naturally processed with the cherry intact to add dimension and fruity notes to the flavor profile. After processing, Steady State roasts the green coffee beans to a light roast level to promote sweetness and complexity in the cup. The final result is a clean, floral, juicy coffee with tasting notes of blackberry and vanilla with a soft body. Agricola embodies all the aromatic and flavorful character that the world-class terroir of the Boquete region is known for!

This coffee's whole bean format allows for flexible preparation options to suit the needs of your establishment. For a perfect pour-over, grind the beans to a medium-fine consistency, then simply pour water 30 seconds off a boil (205 degrees Fahrenheit) over them.
