Buyer Beware! Do not buy. Purchased this item for a small jerky facility. Received the equipment, cleaned it for food production, went to turn on and verify it worked.........it did not. Gave webstaurantstore a call and they notified us we had to deal directly with the vendor. Gave the vendor (Pro-Cut) a call, they would not accept return, we had to have the brand new, never used item "serviced". Serviced entailed, filling out a form, sending back to them, them authorizing, finding an electrician that would come out to our rural location and fix the BRAND NEW NEVER USED $ equipment. Forget that, took it down to my neighbor who is retired electrician, paid him $ and fixed right on the spot. The issue was the wiring was NOT properly installed. The service tech for Pro-Cut was zero apologetic, full on attitude. You would think Read More
