Plus, thanks to a 6" touch screen display with 30 preset recipes, operating this unit is easy for anyone.
An all stainless steel construction provides the durability you need in your commercial kitchen and can be easily wiped clean after use. The cabinet also features a glass door, which allows you to check on your meat without opening the door and affecting the inside temperature.
