Can this induction range handle any pan capacity?

Most induction ranges do not have specified weight or pan capacities, but make sure to check the manual. The key to ensuring your range works properly and does not get damaged by too much weight is to use a pan with a bottom diameter that does not exceed the burner's diameter. Using a larger pan or pot, such as a stock pot, will lessen the effectiveness of the range and the quality of your food. This Spring USA SM-651R MAX Induction built-in hold-only induction warmer was designed with innovation and optimal performance in mind. This hold-only warmer is equipped with 650W of heating power and exclusive SmartScan® technology, which assures the temperature is correct for precise heating and improved energy efficiency. This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning. The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or move them from the surface and adjusts to your movements - saving you time and energy when warming a variety of food items.

This warmer has a durable construction for use in commercial environments, with a silicone protective top seal and a thick 5mm tempered glass surface. It also includes a mounting bracket and leveling screws for easy flush mounting to most countertop surfaces. The separately wired control box features a 4 temperature range with set-hold controls, allowing you to quickly and easily adjust the heat between 145 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit, or between 62 and 85 degrees Celsius. With clear push-button controls, a lighted temperature indicator, and a pan-present indicator light, this warmer is simple and safe to use. For added safety and ease of use, this model also features sturdy non-skid, non-scratch footing, and a 7' power cord. This warmer is compatible with a wide range of induction-ready cookware.
