The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements, mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flashpoint or price point.

With high-grade polymer housing and a thick 5 mm tempered glass surface, this range is built to withstand rough use in commercial environments. Convenient LED touchpad controls show through a tempered glass top that is easy to clean, so that your warmer always looks pristine. It comes with 2 functions: the cook mode and the temp mode. In the cook mode, temperatures can be easily adjusted through the 20 cook power levels. In the temp mode, temperatures range from 110-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
