Make your own signature sausage, ground beef, or ground venison with this Sirman TC 22 Dakota electric meat grinder! This grinder is ideal for continuous service in high-volume, on-demand operations. With 1,100W of power, it processes up to 264 lb. of meat per hour. It features an efficient 1 1/2 hp, fan-cooled motor, and it has a simple on / off rotary cam switch with a reverse mode to prevent clogging. The countertop design boasts a small footprint to accommodate kitchens with limited space.

This unit has a stainless steel housing assembly, a durable, easy-to-clean aluminum body, and shockproof ABS sides. It also features an AISI 304 conveying screw and head. It includes a 3/16" plate but is also compatible with 5 other plate sizes, including 3/16", 7/32", 5/26", 3/8", and 9/16" (sold separately). This allows it to produce fine, medium, or coarse grinds. This meat grinder is quick and easy to break down for thorough cleaning. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation and comes with a 6' 4" long cord.
