Make your own signature sausage, ground beef, or ground venison with this Sirman TC 8 Vegas electric meat grinder! This grinder is ideal for on-demand operations and light- to medium-duty use. With 250W of power, it processes up to 5 lb. of meat per minute. It features an efficient 1/3 hp, fan-cooled motor and a dependable gear drive, and it is easy to operate with a simple on / off button. The countertop design boasts a small footprint to accommodate kitchens with limited space.
This unit is constructed of a durable, easy-to-clean aluminum body with shockproof ABS sides. It includes a standard 1/4" plate but is also compatible with 5 other plate sizes, including 3/16", 7/32", 5/26", 3/8", and 9/16" (sold separately). This allows it to produce fine, medium, or coarse grinds. Its convenient pull-out compartment offers space to store the plate and knife. This meat grinder is quick and easy to break down for thorough cleaning. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation and comes with a 6' 4" long cord.
