The Sirman 1535R2208SNA Mantegna 350 BS TOP 14" heavy duty manual gravity feed meat slicer features a compact design that's ideal for heavy-duty use with cooked meats. It boasts a powerful air-cooled 1/2 hp motor and double-feed carriage for high-volume applications. It's also easy to use, with waterproof IP 67 controls and a dial to adjust thickness up to 1 3/16".

This slicer is constructed entirely of durable anodized aluminum with sleek aluminum knobs, handles, dials, and feet. The ground, chromed steel slide shaft ensures smooth operation when slicing cooked and cured meats, while the double articulating clamping arm firmly holds product in place. To ensure precision, the forged carbon steel blade is maintained by a built-in two stone, dual action sharpener. With an inner blade cover, a perfectly aligned cut is achieved every time with zero waste. For quick and efficient cleaning, this unit easily breakdowns with its removable carriage, center plate, and sharpener.

For safe use, a safety cover is placed under the motor and electrical components and a heavy-duty plastic hand guard is mounted onto the carriage. It also features no volt release to prevent inadvertent reactivation. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
