Serve high-quality meats in your bistro, market, or deli with this Sirman Mantegna 350 BS Top manual meat slicer. This straight-feed unit operates using a 1/2 hp belt-driven, fan-cooled motor. Its 14" chromium-plated forged carbon steel blade creates slice thicknesses of up to 1 3/16", allowing for precise slicing of cooked and cured meats. It is easy to operate with a dial thickness control and an IP67-protected stainless steel keypad.

This meat slicer has a double-feed carriage with a double articulating clamping arm to hold product firmly in place. The clamping arm also includes heavy-duty plastic protection to keep your hand away from the blade. It has high-quality, self-lubricating ball bearings and bushings and a slide shaft made of ground chromed steel, ensuring smooth operation. A built-in, dual-action two-stone aluminum sharpener helps maintain the blade without breaking during heavy use.

This unit is made of durable, easy-to-clean polished aluminum alloy that will not crack or stain. It has aluminum knobs, handles, dials, and feet for additional strength. The drive shaft assembly, tie rod assembly, and screws are all made of stainless steel to resist wear and oxidation. It features no-volt release to prevent inadvertent reactivation and a safety cover under the motor and electrical components. The carriage and center plate are quickly removable without tools to simplify cleaning. A 120V electrical connection is required and a 6' 4" power cord is included.
