The Sirman 15253328 Mirra 250 10" manual meat slicer features a compact design that's ideal for small operations where space is at a premium! Its lightweight design is easy to move around the kitchen, while its belt-driven, air-cooled 1/4 hp motor and 10" wide blade allow for efficient operation. It's also easy to use, with a simple on / off button and an adjustable dial to select slice thicknesses up to 1/2".
This slicer is made of a polished, adonized aluminum alloy for durability and easy cleaning, while the ground, chromed steel slide shaft ensures smooth operation. A built-in two stone dual action sharpener maintains the blades precision and is removable for sanitation. The carriage and blade are also removable, making it easy to breakdown the machine for quick cleaning. For safe use, a safety cover is placed under the motor and electrical components while a heavy-duty plastic hand guard is mounted onto the carriage. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
