Featuring two independent chambers, this pizza deck oven doubles output without a larger footprint. This unit is made of durable, heavy-duty stainless steel with strong door handles for long-lasting use in your kitchen. Each oven door is insulated for better energy efficiency and features a spring to ensure easy opening and closing.

Each Sierra deck oven chamber features a 1 1/2" thick Fibra-ment stone for efficient baking. You can cook pizzas or other delicacies directly on the stone itself or use your pans and screens, depending on the results you want.

This oven is designed to provide maximum heat while using the least amount of energy, and to provide the best recovery times between uses. The tubular type burners are spaced every 12" for the best heat distribution. Each oven has a modulating thermostat and utilizes a low input BTU for fast recovery.

The unit has a temperature range of 300-650 degrees Fahrenheit and you can set each chamber to a different temperature if you wish. A natural gas connection is required for operation and this unit ships prepared to connect to a natural gas line. A liquid propane conversion kit is included. 132,000 BTU.
