We use it to do a holiday orange simple syrup for chocolate orange lattes, and also for baking various breads, cookies and pastries with a lovely orange flavor. This was a great find, as orange extract is not one of the easiest extracts to find. I have used this extract in several recipes, and it gave each of my recipes, a very natural citrus essence.

This is hands down one of the best orange extracts on the market. It's the same price as a small 2 oz bottle I typically buy from Watkins AND it doesn't have that cheap alcohol smell or taste to it. I use it in my royal icing and find it is a nice complement to the cookie without being overpowering.
