Love singing the praise of Shank's extracts! The orange extract is lovely and is great to use in simple syrups or in baked goods. We use it to do a holiday orange simple syrup for chocolate orange lattes, and also for baking various breads, cookies and pastries with a lovely orange flavor. Pairs particularly well with the Regal cardamom (whole or ground) that you can get on Webstaurant as well. Highly recommend!

This was a great find, as orange extract is not one of the easiest extracts to find. I have used this extract in several recipes, and it gave each of my recipes, a very natural citrus essence.

This is by far the best Orange flavoring I have used, it's not thick and gel type like others on the market. Now they we discovered Shanks extract , it’s all we use. The flavors are so crisp and clean. I use the orange in my orange cupcakes as well as our smoothies.

The Shanks Pure Orange Extract has a great citrus taste. I love it in my royal icing for a snappy flavor! I love that it is clear also!

I'm so pleased with the Shanks lemon extract. It works very well with baking cakes and other lemon desserts. I would definitely like to try more flavors with this brand.

This is hands down one of the best orange extracts on the market. It's the same price as a small 2 oz bottle I typically buy from Watkins AND it doesn't have that cheap alcohol smell or taste to it. I use it in my royal icing and find it is a nice complement to the cookie without being overpowering.

We been buying this product for a long time already. Some other brands of orange extracts tend to have a lot of alcohol but not this brand. We bake with it and get a lot of complements about the aroma and flavor of our cookies. Very happy with this product....

Use this flavor everyday. Tasted really nice in our cranberry/orange bread for a Christmas. Also use in our orange ginger cakes. Great size, great price, good flavor.

I gave this a try because of its price The flavor was not very strong so we ended up using more than what we normally add to our mix. very disappointed

I bought this to add some flavor to my drink, but it's just not right. It just tastes like alcohol, nothing like orange. I wanted more authentic taste in my drink, so I bought this in place of orange syrup. However, the worst choice I had made.
