The Server Express stainless steel drop-in serving station features 4 independent pumps to dispense a variety of ambient condiments. Each pump is compatible with a 1.5 gallon pouch (sold separately) with a 16 mm fitment. A set of 3 discharge fittings are included with each pump, giving it the ability to dispense thin product like hot sauce, thick product like ketchup or mustard, and even extra-thick product like tartar sauce or relish. Each fitting is also labeled, referred to as small, medium, or large, so identifying the proper size is hassle-free.

To help with portion control, each pump dispenses up to 1 oz. and is adjustable in 0.25 oz. increments. This helps minimize waste, as does each pump evacuating up to 98% of product. Plus, because each pump requires less than 5 lb. of pressure, dispensing is easy and universally accessible.

This serving station is made of stainless steel for ultimate durability and longevity, even in high-traffic, self-serve areas. The pumps are even made of surgical-quality plastic and disassemble easily to allow for quick cleaning. As a drop-in unit, this Express station is designed to rest in a 21 13/16" x 8 1/2" cutout with its flange supporting it above the counter. This makes it a high capacity option that requires fewer refills, but also gives it a low profile for easy serving.
