When I first opened the device I tried to plug it in to see if it would work and how the device should be used, but the device isn’t working and I feel like it is very unfair because I paid and now can’t return the item even though I only tried to see if the device would work properly. The customer service isn’t cooperating to try to get my money back even though I been a loyal customer of 14 years
