We have had an absolutely HORRID experience with this machine...over the last two years its been down 3/4 of the time. Ive spent enough buying bags of ice to almost pay for it again. Buyer beware on this one. Its had a total of 7 issues from circuit board going out, grid not working, making huge blocks of unusable ice to various other problems.

We purchased this Scotsman ice machine in hopes that it would suite our needs. Upon arrival it worked about a month. We called Webstraunts and they refused to take it back. We called service, we ended up having to get a whole new machine because the one we purchased was a lemon. Now the New machine is down again and has been going on 2 months while the warranty company tries to get parts from Scotsman. Scotsman is slow in getting the machine fixed. I would stay as far away from Scotman machines as I could. this was a costly mistake that we are paying for still to this day. Webstaurants is just out to make the sell they are not there to support us business owners. Highly disappointed in both. Save yourself some time and go to another company to buy your ice machines and to another company besides Scotsman.

We bought this machine for the coffee shop and immediately had issues with it.
Come to find out, there was a wire that wasn't connected from the factory. The wire that controlled the harvest time.
In addition, the ben drain line was not connected. The water ran into the bottom of the machine.
The outlet fitting was bent in a manor where I could not connect my drain line.
These issues came from the factory this way. I question the QA process.
We had a warranty repair. Since then, it has ben great.
