This produces 664 lb. of soft, chewable nugget ice per day, making it perfect for settings such as restaurants, hotels, and hospitals. This ice displaces more liquid than cubed ice to lower syrup costs per cup in mixed drinks and fountain beverages. This machine uses up to 40% less water and 15% less energy than cube ice machines to lower operating costs. Designed for energy efficiency, it consumes 4.12 kWh of energy and uses only 12 gallons of water per 100 lb. of ice produced.
This ice machine has a space-saving compact footprint, and it is front-breathing for flexible installation. It features a durable stainless steel evaporator and auger, and it has sealed, maintenance-free bearings for a long-lasting performance. This unit has Agion antimicrobial protection molded into its key components to inhibit the growth of harmful pathogens. It features AutoAlert lights that clearly indicate when it is time to descale and sanitize. Its air filter is located on the removable front panel for easy servicing.
This ice machine comes with a durable, corrosion-resistant Scotsman stainless steel ice storage bin that holds up to 370 lb. of ice. This bin has an easily removable baffle and requires no tools for cleaning. It also has a unique recessed drain fitting for maximum installation flexibility. A spring-loaded door with hidden hinges allows for easy opening and closing, and a built-in scoop holder prevents the scoop from being misplaced. This unit includes a unit-specific QR code that instantly connects users to warranty and service information. Its refrigeration system utilizes R-290 refrigerant, and it requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
