Sharp edges make this thing dangerous to refill and dangerous to customers. On top of that, it turns out that finding napkins at this size is difficult. The sizing is not why I am rating this low. I am rating it low due to the sharp edges and flimsy construction.

I ordered 5 and got a case of the "recommended" napkins and they didn't fit. Then i even went out and found the "good" napkins and they dont fit either. It just pushes them out and they go everywhere, I Dont recommend for outdoor use. Two thumbs down :(
