Designed to minimize foodborne illnesses by promoting superior safety and sanitation, the San Jamar QuadGrip™ cutting board system allows you to use, discard, and replace the color-coded cutting boards, while continuing to utilize the high-quality frame. This 2-pack refill kit includes 2 red cutting boards and is made for use with the San Jamar 20" x 15" x 1/8" QuadGrip™ cutting board with frame (sold separately). This revolutionary system helps cut down on replacement costs and allows you to have multiple cutting surfaces that are simple to swap out, ensuring that your chefs comply with the USDA's Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program. Additional color-coded boards (sold separately) are available to help monitor safe preparation of different types of food. To prevent cross-contamination, HACCP color-coded boards are available in the following colors: red (raw meat), white (baked goods), yellow (poultry), green (produce), blue (seafood), brown (cooked meat), and purple (allergens).

Thanks to the double food safety hooks on this cutting board, you can easily carry it around the kitchen without fear of contamination from hands or clothing, and at the end of the night you can hang it in a designated area for safe drying and storage. Plus an integrated ruler allows for more efficient portioning. Constructed of a durable co-polymer material, this refill board pack provides superior heat-, chemical-, and warp- resistance in commercial dishwashers.
