We LOVE LOVE LOVE these mitts! We have used them (the same original pair) as oven mitts at home for over 6 years. We bought a pair in 2010 and have used and abused them every day since. They are still AMAZING, still as protective and functional as the day we bought them. These are wonderful taking things out of the oven, holding hot pans or lids on the stove, and dumping out steaming water into the sink (to drain a pot).
