The grid is the attachment that blends food and since this model comes with a standard grid it is ready to set up and use as soon as it arrives. Designed to be moved to your large pots, kettles, braising pans, and mixing bowls, this 2-speed mixer provides the convenience and versatility that you need in a large food operation. It can handle mixing and liquidizing in pots or kettles up to 130 gallons and helps to ensure consistent textures throughout the entire batch.

This model can be moved in several directions thanks to its base dolly with wheels. Its four wheels are non-slip and two of them have brakes so you can lock the unit in place for safe operation or storage. Because it is mobile, you can take the mixer to your food rather than having to transport the food to the mixer. Also, this model has an adjustable height as well so you can make sure it fits over a wide variety of cooking equipment or pots.

The arm is 24" long so it can be used in any type of cooking pot. It works in round or rectangular pots. The arm is also balanced, which stops it from falling forward or backward if it is left unlocked. A locking lever allows users to secure the arm at a certain angle with the use of just one hand.
