This disc easily installs into your food processor and is great for slicing produce like potatoes, carrots, beets, or cabbage. Pair this disc with a dicing grid (sold separately) to create cubed items. By keeping multiple disc sizes on hand, you can process all types of ingredients to add to your signature dishes!
