My restaurant has been using these for a few years and I'm still torn on if I like them or not. They are great for bringing pans or half pans for catering events. I do think the slightly more expensive cambro carrying cases are a better choice in the long term. I've found these containers become smelly after some wear and that the lid is delicate. After a year, these containers begin to either break or smell. I've also had issues with the handles on the side detaching or ripping. I think the more solid cambro containers hold up to all of these things better and do not absorb smell.

It's stable and work perfectly for heavy task. The bag is insulated and do the work that it supposed to. I'm glad that I bought this bag!

I will have to say that these are the best carry cases you could buy. The price is fully worth it. It looks professional and just great to carry and walk into a function with.

I decided to buy the most expensive bag because we've had issues with the cheaper ones falling apart. This bag is awesome with one problem - almost impossible to carry since it's so large! I think they should put luggage wheels on it, it's very nice but a bit difficult to use with heavy food inside of it.

This carrier is in my opinion the best carrier on the market. Sadly, other carrier bags that I purchased for minor use of small items are at best useless as the zippers on 5 of 6 bags that I have purchased have come apart. Web Restaurant however will not stand by this product because they say there is no warranty on the bags. Apparently they don't think it necessary to let the consumer know they are purchasing a non-warranty product. Oh wait.. they did offer me a 5.00 per bag store credit so I can buy more non-warranty stuff I suppose. Seriously.. DO NOT waste your money. Les than 4 months old and lightly used and they are totally useless.

these are light weigh and easy to move around as a team. Biggest flaw is the ability to clean. If any liquid leaks they are a nightmare to clean.

We've used three of these insulated carriers and have been very pleased with all of them. They are light enough to move easily when empty. We place them in an SUV and slide the steam table pans in. When the destination is reached, two can carry the filled carrier to the service site. Food stays hot and they are easy to clean.

I am starting up a small catering business and purchased the Rubbermaid 9f16 so I could deliver hot meals. The morning of the event I warmed everything up and headed to the event which was an hour away. When I took the food out it was as hot as if I had just taken it out of the oven.
