This Rotisol-France Star-Clean SC16.720 electric rotisserie produces the perfectly tender, golden brown chicken that customers crave. This energy-saving, stainless steel rotisserie features 6 cooking programs for the ultimate roasting experience. It comes with 16 baskets that hold 64-80 chickens total, so you can begin roasting right away. Because it's designed for high-volume applications, such as in catering and supermarkets, this rotisserie cooks large amounts of product at a fast rate without sacrificing quality. The insulated interior roasts chickens to perfection with the help of digital pre-heating and programmable time and temperature maintenance, and its removable turbine ensures even cooking for all products. Plus, its double-glazed K-glass front and back doors decrease any external thermal radiation, making your business more energy efficient.

Not only is this rotisserie capable of impressive performance, its durable construction makes maintenance a breeze. This unit boasts an assisted cleaning steam program, which first softens grease stains with steam and then rinses the inside of the unit with high-pressure Brita-softened water. A grease container with a drain valve and disposable bags (sold separately) helps soak up remaining drippings from each roast. In addition, the door features a silicone gasket, keeping the rotisserie securely sealed during operation. This unit includes 4 casters and a 3 phase, 208-240V electrical connection is required for operation.
