Made from durable stainless steel, this rotisserie oven is structurally enhanced for improved stability. Designed with convenience in mind, it features a heat indicator light to let you know when the oven has reached its set temperature, as well as a 6' power cord for installation flexibility. Dead on Arrival. We ran the power. Plugged it in. Rotates but no heat. We called Vollrath. No answer. Tried calling again....hold, no answer. Left a message. You have to answer your phones. You have to be able to reach the tech department. Any confidence that I had in Vollrath has disappeared.
