The insulated interior roasts chickens to perfection with the help of digital pre-heating and programmable time and temperature maintenance, and its removable turbine ensures even cooking for all products. Plus, its double-glazed K-glass front and back doors decrease any external thermal radiation, making your business more energy efficient.

Not only is this rotisserie capable of impressive performance, its durable construction makes maintenance a breeze. This unit boasts an assisted cleaning steam program, which first softens grease stains with steam and then rinses the inside of the unit with high-pressure Brita-softened water. A grease container with a drain valve and disposable bags (sold separately) helps soak up remaining drippings from each roast.
