It comes with 16 baskets that hold 64-80 chickens total, so you can begin roasting right away. The insulated interior roasts chickens to perfection, especially since it's accompanied by a pre-heating function, an end-of-cooking alarm, temperature maintenance, and a turbine that equally distributes heat throughout the unit. Plus, its tempered K-glass doors decrease any external thermal radiation, making your business more energy efficient.

Not only is this rotisserie capable of impressive performance, its durable construction makes maintenance a breeze. The removable planetary axis makes it easy for you to clean after a long roast. A drip tray with included drainage for the bottom of the unit keeps the rotisserie free from burnt-on grease stains. In addition, the door features a silicone gasket, keeping it securely sealed during operation, while the included casters add mobility. For added safety, this unit's 2 interior lights are built within ceramic glass. A 3 phase, 208-240V electrical connection is required for operation.
