This Rotisol-France MasterFlame MF975-4E-LUX-B electric rotisserie with 4 spits produces the perfectly tender, golden brown chicken that customers crave. Featuring 4 spits, this rotisserie can accommodate 8-12 chickens at once. Because it's designed for high-volume applications, such as in Michelin star restaurants, this rotisserie's independent motors allow it to cook large amounts of product at a fast rate without sacrificing quality. The spits rotate at 2 1/2 times per minute, allowing meats and vegetables to self-baste for a precise roast. The built-in halogen lamp and electric burners supply this unit with a strong heat source. Plus, its tempered front and side K-glass doors decrease any external thermal radiation, making your business more energy efficient.

Not only is this rotisserie capable of impressive performance, its durable construction makes cooking a breeze. The independent spits and reinforced anti warping heating elements allow hot air to circulate evenly around your meats, achieving that coveted golden brown color.
