Featuring 6 spits, this rotisserie can accommodate 30-36 chickens at once. Because it's designed for high-volume applications, such as in Michelin star restaurants, this rotisserie's independent motors allow it to cook large amounts of product at a fast rate without sacrificing quality. The spits rotate at 2 1/2 times per minute, allowing meats and vegetables to self-baste for a precise roast. The built-in halogen lamp and electric burners supply this unit with a strong heat source. Plus, its tempered front and side K-glass doors decrease any external thermal radiation, making your business more energy efficient.
Not only is this rotisserie capable of impressive performance, its durable construction makes cooking a breeze. The independent spits and reinforced anti warping heating elements allow hot air to circulate evenly around your meats, achieving that coveted golden brown color. Bottom and middle drip trays with included drainage for the bottom of the unit keep the rotisserie free from burnt-on grease stains and prevent cross-contamination.
